PLEASE READThis item is in mostly working condition and missing a few jewelry pieces. Only comes with a necklace and bracelet, but both pieces are in good condition. Battery contacts are mostly clean, but there is one side that has some corrosion. I tried my supreme to clean it, but I do not have the appropriate tools to completely take apart for a thorough cleaning. However, once lightly cleaned and after adjusting the placement of the batteries, I was able to get the Jewelry Box to turn on and open and close on its own. The opening mechanism works just fine, but the closing part needs a little assistance and shuts about 80% of the way. The sound is clear and crisp. To open and close the box, there is a gem stone button on the front of the device, and it is the very middle button. There needs to be a firm push to start the device. Jewelry Box takes 4 AA batteries, and they will NOT be included due to shipping requirements out of Hawaii. Please message me with any questions.
