lovely size small Piper and Scoot Dress. New without tags. Faux wrap style with snap closure at neckline. Ruffle sleeves and high/low hem on the bottom make this a feminine and versatile dress for many occasions. I am usually a size 2/4 and I would say this fits like a 4/6 as it was a tad too big on me.
