The cards were manufactured by King Features Syndicate and AmeriVox in 1995, with a limited edition of 2000. Each card is hard signed by Mort Walker, the creator of Beetle Bailey, and features serial numbering. The cards are part of the International Museum of Cartoon Art and are in English language.The cards are also sub-themed around military and guns, with the featured person/artist being Mort Walker.
